1. What Seamloft is

Seamloft is a bring-your-own-patterns workspace for sewing: the patterns you bought, your projects, cut lists, fit checks and fabric stash, all on your phone. It ships no pattern library and uses no AI. It has no account, no cloud and no server of ours.

2. Who sells what

• WaveApp LLC makes Seamloft and licenses it to you.
• The Apple App Store or Google Play sells the Pro purchase and is the merchant for that payment. Payment, tax and refunds follow the store's rules; see the refund page.

3. Your licence

You may install and use Seamloft on devices you control, for your own sewing. You must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app, with store billing or with anyone else's device, and you must not use it to break the law. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live.

4. Your content

• Everything you import or create stays yours: patterns, projects, cut lists, fit checks, fabrics, photos, measurements and notes. We claim no rights in it.
• You must have the right to put a pattern into the app.
• Your content never leaves your device. See the privacy page.
• Content you already created is never locked behind payment. Export is free, always.

5. Paying

• Free covers one active project, three patterns and ten fabrics, with every feature available.
• Pro is $19.99 once and removes those limits for every 1.x release. There is no subscription and no trial.
• The price you pay is the one on the store's checkout screen, in your local currency.
• Restore purchase is in Settings and brings a purchase you already made onto a new device. A purchase does not expire.

6. Changes and availability

We will change features and prices only across releases, never inside one. We do not promise that the app is free of defects or always available; we do promise that an update never removes content you created. Capability given away on Free is never moved behind the paywall later.

7. Ending

You can stop using Seamloft at any time and run "Delete everything". A purchase you already made stays with the store under its rules.

8. Warranty

Seamloft is provided as is. Cut lists, yardage estimates and fit checks can be wrong; check your work before cutting fabric. Seamloft is not sewing instruction. Where the law gives you a warranty we cannot exclude, that warranty stands.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, WaveApp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data or spoiled fabric. Our total liability for anything connected to Seamloft is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, as recorded by the store. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

10. Law and disputes

These terms follow the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and courts of the place where you live still apply. Write to hello@seamloft.app first; most problems are settled by email.

11. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about a material change in the app's update notes before it takes effect. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest stand.
